Role Overview:
We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to drive KPI monitoring, operational governance, and power/energy performance management. You will coordinate with TowerCOs, vendors, and internal teams, implement efficiency improvements, manage financial and technical reconciliations, and enhance network performance across 2G/3G/4G.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze network KPIs and transform insights into actionable plans.

Handle operational and financial reconciliations with Tower Cos and other vendors.

Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for performance management.

Conduct audits of network power consumption and optimize energy efficiency.

Manage contracts, vendor performance, and purchase orders.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve shared network performance.

Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements for ROI on battery and power projects.

Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of network and power systems.
Typical Day:

KPI monitoring, analysis, and actionable reporting.

Liaise with Finance, Business Planning, Power Planning, and Circle teams.

Weekly/monthly stakeholder meetings to track progress.

Follow up on non-performing sites and ensure operational efficiency.

Streamline processes and establish robust control functions.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 5+ years in telecom, handling KPIs, financial targets, data analytics, and field operations.

Skills: Network maintenance, power planning, Tower Cos/shared networks, stakeholder management, MS Office, presentation skills, financial understanding.
