Role Overview:
We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to drive KPI monitoring, operational governance, and power/energy performance management. You will coordinate with TowerCOs, vendors, and internal teams, implement efficiency improvements, manage financial and technical reconciliations, and enhance network performance across 2G/3G/4G.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze network KPIs and transform insights into actionable plans.

• Handle operational and financial reconciliations with Tower Cos and other vendors.

• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for performance management.

• Conduct audits of network power consumption and optimize energy efficiency.

• Manage contracts, vendor performance, and purchase orders.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve shared network performance.

• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements for ROI on battery and power projects.

• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of network and power systems.

Typical Day:

• KPI monitoring, analysis, and actionable reporting.

• Liaise with Finance, Business Planning, Power Planning, and Circle teams.

• Weekly/monthly stakeholder meetings to track progress.

• Follow up on non-performing sites and ensure operational efficiency.

• Streamline processes and establish robust control functions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical Engineering

• Experience: 5+ years in telecom, handling KPIs, financial targets, data analytics, and field operations.

• Skills: Network maintenance, power planning, Tower Cos/shared networks, stakeholder management, MS Office, presentation skills, financial understanding.
