Job Purpose
As Assistant Brand Manager, you will drive category growth, shape portfolio strategy, and lead product innovations. You will combine operator insights, category expertise, and commercial understanding to ensure the category delivers penetration, consumption, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end category projects: insight development, idea generation, concept development, and business case preparation for innovations and renovations.

Manage the Innoflex platform and innovation gate process locally.

Drive portfolio savings to implement incremental profitability initiatives.

Conduct research with the CMI team to identify operator needs and pain points.

Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time.

Collaborate with CD and planning teams to ensure timely delivery of innovations.

Work with local and regional customer and digital marketing teams to execute brand launch campaigns.

Maintain Portfolio Assets Toolkit (selling stories, visuals, packaging) with the Creative team.
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:

4–5 years in FMCG Category Marketing.
Skills:

Strong understanding of innovation processes and project management.

Creative aptitude to support brand campaigns with internal/external teams.

Agile, resilient, and adaptable to project changes.

Curiosity to identify unmet operator needs and develop high-impact solutions.
