About the Role
A Relationship Officer SME at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients. The role focuses on achieving sales growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring strict compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Execute approved sales and service plans in coordination with Branch/Relationship Managers.

Identify new markets and business opportunities through research and field assessments.

Achieve assigned sales targets ethically and in compliance with SOPs.

Conduct client profiling using the Five C’s of Credit framework.

Clearly communicate product terms and conditions to customers.

Perform physical verification of prospective clients.

Ensure timely loan repayments through proactive follow-ups and maintain strong recovery performance.

Safeguard customers’ legal documents and strictly avoid unauthorized cash handling.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and State Bank of Pakistan regulations.

Conduct regular client meetings and maintain long-term professional relationships.

Report any suspected fraud or potential financial risk cases to management.

Uphold internal control standards to protect the bank’s reputation and assets.
Eligibility Criteria
-
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferred).

1–2 years of relevant experience in SME, microfinance, or the banking sector (preferred).

Strong communication, sales, and analytical skills.
-
Sound knowledge of credit evaluation and customer relationship management.
