Position Overview
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will lead assigned territories by managing distributors and order bookers to achieve sales targets while implementing effective sales strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, field leadership, and market insight to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Develop monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for assigned territories.

Assign daily targets to order bookers to ensure complete and effective outlet coverage.

Prepare and analyze sales reports to monitor KPIs and target achievement.

Supervise and mentor order bookers, ensuring product knowledge and performance excellence.

Conduct regular market visits to evaluate coverage, productivity, and competitive dynamics.

Ensure execution of trade marketing initiatives across assigned outlets.

Design effective PJPs (Permanent Journey Plans) aligned with RTM strategy.

Build and maintain strong distributor relationships to achieve mutually beneficial growth objectives.

Manage budgets, forecast territory/category sales, and optimize revenue while controlling costs.
