Jadeed Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Lab Analyst – Soil Science & Bio-Products (Agri Lab) to support its agricultural testing and bio-product evaluation operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in soil analysis, laboratory procedures, and bio-input assessment, ensuring high-quality analytical standards and accurate reporting.

Qualification & Skills

• M.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture – Soil Science from an HEC-recognized university.

• Additional certification or training in bio-fertilizers, bio-stimulants, or microbial products will be considered an advantage.

• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in an agricultural testing laboratory.

• Practical experience in soil analysis and bio-product evaluation is mandatory.

• Prior experience with bio-fertilizers, organic amendments, microbial inoculants, or bio-stimulants will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and advanced soil testing including pH, EC, organic matter, available N/P/K, and micronutrients (Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, B).

• Interpret soil test results and prepare technical reports with agronomic recommendations.

• Analyze and evaluate bio-products such as bio-fertilizers, compost, organic amendments, and microbial/enzymatic agricultural inputs.

• Ensure compliance with standard analytical methods and laboratory SOPs.

• Perform calibration, validation, and proper handling of laboratory instruments.

• Maintain accurate records, logbooks, and test documentation.

• Coordinate with field, agronomy, and production teams for technical support and data interpretation.

• Ensure implementation of laboratory safety, hygiene, and quality assurance protocols.
