LUX is Pakistan’s #1 soap brand, renowned for its fragrance and skincare expertise. We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Brand Manager to support the Senior Brand Manager in driving growth, innovation, and brand equity.

Role Overview

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will help develop and execute brand strategies, campaigns, and product innovations that enhance consumer experience and business results.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Assist in annual brand planning and category strategy execution

  • Support positioning, communications, and innovation initiatives

Innovation & Product Development

  • Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and global teams on new product and packaging launches

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends

Campaign Management

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across TV, digital, PR, and retail channels

  • Ensure alignment with brand purpose and equity guidelines

Business & Financial Delivery

  • Track brand performance via Nielsen, Kantar, and internal dashboards

  • Support P&L management, pricing, and portfolio optimization

Trade & Shopper Marketing

  • Partner with sales and shopper teams to drive brand visibility and conversion

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Media, CMI, Finance, Supply Chain teams, and agencies to deliver initiatives on time

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 1–3 years of FMCG marketing experience

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics is a plus
