Role Overview:
Lead shift operations to ensure safe, high-quality production on time and within cost. Coach your team, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop your shift team.

• Execute production plans: output, quality, cost, schedule.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, GMP, and food safety standards.

• Maintain equipment reliability and plant efficiency.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (NCE/TPM/Lean).

• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, HR, and support new product launches.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. Engineering or relevant qualification

• 1–3 years in manufacturing with team leadership experience

• Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and production processes

• Exposure to NCE, Lean, or TPM is preferred

• Basic MS Office skills
