About the Role

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is seeking a Relationship Officer Asset to build and maintain strong customer relationships while promoting our banking products. The role focuses on understanding clients’ financial needs, providing personalized guidance, and ensuring seamless loan and asset management services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement sales/service plans to achieve branch growth targets.

• Promote and sell bank products ethically, following SOPs.

• Identify business opportunities and assess customer credit profiles.

• Conduct market research to expand business and reach new customers.

• Ensure timely loan collections, documentation compliance, and risk mitigation.

• Maintain long-term relationships with customers and resolve service issues.

• Provide feedback on product/service improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

• 0–1 year of experience in banking, sales, or related fields.
