Job Overview:
Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is looking for a Branch Manager to lead and manage the Jhelum branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving financial and service objectives, overseeing branch operations, and ensuring a balance between loans and deposits to achieve self-funding status. This role involves operational management, team leadership, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the branch to achieve financial targets and service objectives.

• Plan branch functions focusing on loans and deposits within budget constraints.

• Maintain branch self-funding by balancing loans and deposits.

• Oversee operational and administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Act as a credit officer and manage loan approvals.

• Ensure timely opening (9:00 AM) and proper closing of the branch.

• Optimize resource allocation and branch workflow for maximum productivity.

• Supervise collections and recovery to maintain delinquencies and losses within limits.

• Ensure efficient execution of financial transactions while maintaining integrity.

• Manage cash planning for daily operational requirements.

• Train branch staff to develop professional and leadership potential.

• Prepare branch for internal, external, and SBP audits.

• Uphold MMBL’s reputation in all operational areas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related field; MBA preferred (subject to approval).

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in banking or microfinance.
