Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is looking for a Relationship Officer Deposit to join our Business Banking team in Kohat. This is an exciting opportunity to drive deposit growth, build client relationships, and contribute to financial inclusion across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients and manage existing deposit relationships to grow CASA/Term Deposit portfolios.

• Build and maintain a CALSA/TD customer portfolio within the agreed timeframe.

• Lead a retail deposit mobilization team, including freelancers/brand ambassadors, targeting 25 members.

• Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual deposit targets.

• Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to clients.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and strategies.

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with internal branch units to optimize client service and retention.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field.

• Strong understanding of deposit products, CASA fundamentals, and portfolio management.

• Preferably 1+ year of experience in sales, operations, or retail/consumer banking.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
