About the Role
Telenor Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to head the Central region’s B2B Sales & Services portfolio. This role carries full regional P&L responsibility and requires strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and enterprise sales expertise to drive sustainable business growth.
Your Impactful Goals

Maintain regional governance, sales volume, product mix, and business retention in line with company P&L objectives.

Achieve assigned regional targets across GSM, Enterprise Solutions, Devices, IoT, Government portfolios, and A2P services.

Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize acquisition quality and competitive positioning.

Lead Sales & Services teams covering revenue growth, expense management, portfolio retention, churn prevention, collections, and relationship upselling.

Build strong relationships with C-level executives and top-tier corporate clients.

Penetrate SME, Large Corporate, and Government (B2G) segments while leading large-scale projects.

Ensure high employee engagement, capability development, and succession planning.

Demonstrate leadership aligned with Telenor’s core values and maintain a holistic regional business view.
Your Typical Day
-
Lead B2B sales teams in acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.

Drive enterprise solution penetration across SME, ME, Large Enterprises, and Government sectors.

Oversee portfolio management, cross-selling, upselling, churn prevention, and timely collections.

Monitor KPIs and prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve network/coverage matters and enable business expansion.

Contribute to product development and market penetration strategies.

Maintain acceptable regional P&L performance.

Coach, mentor, and build high-performance sales teams.

Promote and embody the “Telenor Way” across all business interactions.

What We’re Looking For
Education
-
Minimum Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline.
Experience
-
5–7 years of relevant leadership experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales.
