As a Production Planner at the Kabirwala Factory, you will be responsible for developing short-term, capacity-constrained production plans that align with available resources, materials, and operational requirements. You will ensure smooth production sequencing while maintaining efficiency and continuity across supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop feasible production plans within the defined planning cycle, considering:

  • Available production capacity

  • Labor availability

  • Raw and packaging material availability

• Identify and address operational challenges such as:

  • Plant shutdown schedules

  • Promotional activity timing

  • Supply-demand gaps

• Create optimized replenishment plans to ensure uninterrupted material supply to production lines.

• Coordinate directly with suppliers to manage timely delivery of materials.

• Define stock policies and inventory management strategies for assigned SKUs.

• Proactively identify risks related to raw and packaging material supply.

• Collaborate with suppliers on supply chain improvement initiatives that create shared value.

What Will Make You Successful?

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Distribution Operations, or Warehousing

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office and SAP (MM Modules)

• Demonstrated initiative with successful project implementation

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and diverse teams

• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
