Job Overview

READ Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Media Officer to manage and strengthen its digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for social media management, website performance, SEO, digital advertising, and content coordination to enhance online visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content strategies (planning, posting, engagement, reporting)

• Manage and regularly update the official website

• Improve website performance and security (SSL, firewalls, patches, load speed, mobile responsiveness, UX optimization)

• Plan, implement, and monitor SEO strategies

• Manage paid digital advertising campaigns (social & search platforms)

• Maintain content calendars for campaigns and events

• Coordinate with designers and videographers for digital content creation

• Monitor analytics and prepare digital performance reports

Required Qualifications

Education:

• BS / Master’s degree in Media & Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Required Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on experience in social media management and digital advertising

• Strong understanding of CMS platforms and SEO practices

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Basic video shooting and editing skills

• Analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting
