The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, sales management expertise, and operational oversight capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve branch business targets across deposits, advances, and liability sales.

Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to enhance productivity and service quality.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Develop and implement business development strategies to expand customer base.

Monitor operational efficiency and maintain high service standards.

Strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from an HEC-recognized institution
Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in liability sales and branch banking operations

Proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets
