Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Automation Engineer to support factory operations by ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient automation and control systems. The role focuses on optimizing equipment performance, enhancing process efficiency, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial control systems

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation equipment

• Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of automation projects

• Improve production line efficiency through process optimization and system enhancements

• Ensure compliance with engineering, safety, and food safety standards

• Train operators and technicians on automation systems and best practices

• Implement TPM methodologies and utilize digital engineering tools (NSAT, NIMS, AMM, etc.)

• Manage critical automation spare parts and maintain system backups

• Conduct root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering (or equivalent)

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in automation, controls, or maintenance

• Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, instrumentation, and industrial communication networks

• Exposure to TPM and preventive maintenance systems

• Experience in equipment start-up, commissioning, or technical projects

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and focus on KPIs
