Job Purpose:
Support vendor and supplier management for enterprise solutions and services. Ensure supplier performance, service quality, SLA and contract compliance, operational stability, and high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, operations, and clients to manage end-to-end service delivery, mitigate risks, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare RFI/RFPs for regular and mega projects.

Provide innovative solutions and services for corporate clients.

Coordinate regional capacity requirements for GCSS business vendors.

Resolve vendor issues and provide technical solutions to corporate customers.

Add value by improving existing systems and processes.

Collaborate with Sales & Engineering teams on mega projects.
-
Monitor OPEX budget and utilization; generate reports and KPI dashboards.

Manage purchase orders and provisioning.
-
Maintain complaint and customer records using Access/SQL databases.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 3–5 years in relevant roles.
Skills – Generic:

Knowledge of corporate fixed-line products (voice & data).

Strong reporting and presentation skills.
Skills – Job Specific: -
Familiarity with corporate fixed-line business processes (pre-sales, in-sales, post-sales).

Experience in contracting, bidding, and vendor technical evaluation.

Exposure to new technologies (Cloud, SDWAN, Infrastructure Sharing) preferred.
