Job Overview

Alkhidmat Foundation is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administration Executive to support administrative operations, proposal development, and donor engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills, along with experience in grant writing and stakeholder management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and submit high-quality grant proposals and funding applications.

  • Prepare periodic donor reports, presentations, and promotional materials.

  • Maintain and manage donor databases and CRM systems.

  • Coordinate and organize fundraising events and donor engagement initiatives.

  • Support digital fundraising campaigns using online platforms and marketing tools.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with donor requirements.

  • Provide administrative support for departmental operations as required.


Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:
2–3 years of relevant experience in administration, grant writing, or donor management.

Skills Required:

  • Proposal and grant writing expertise

  • Strong reporting and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in donor database and CRM tools

  • Knowledge of fundraising platforms and digital marketing tools

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
