About the Role

As Manager Sales & Distribution, you will lead and inspire a team of Area Sales Managers to deliver exceptional results across GSM, Financial Services (FS), and Internet & Devices portfolios. This role focuses on driving indirect channel performance, improving market share, and ensuring sustainable business growth across the assigned zone in the North Region.


Key Responsibilities

🎯 Strategic & Performance Management

  • Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets within the designated zone.

  • Drive business growth through GSM and FS market share expansion.

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics regularly.

  • Ensure effective territory planning and integrity control.

🏬 Franchise & Distribution Excellence

  • Oversee efficient franchise management and profitability.

  • Optimize territory assignments and distribution footprint.

  • Ensure achievement of distribution KPIs (retailer servicing, minimum balance compliance, etc.).

  • Drive trade marketing budget optimization for maximum ROI.

  • Collaborate with S&D Planning, Network, and other internal teams.

  • Conduct back-checks on market visits and maintain strong retail engagement.

  • Implement initiatives to improve quality of sales and channel productivity.

What We’re Looking For

Education:

  • Master’s degree from a reputable institution.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in Sales & Distribution.

  • Strong background in people management and team leadership.

  • Leadership and interpersonal effectiveness.
