Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage post-harvest handling processes, including grading, packing, and storage of agricultural products (especially vegetables & grains).

• Maintain expertise in all types of storage systems for agricultural products.

• Develop and implement post-harvest protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Apply modern techniques to maintain quality standards and shelf life of stored products.

• Use MS Office and inventory management software efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualification & Skills:

• BS (Hons.)/MSc (Hons.) in Horticulture or Agronomy.

• 2–4 years of experience in post-harvest handling of agricultural products.
