About the Role
A Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) plays a key role in driving regional sales growth and strengthening franchise and retail operations. This position operates within the Regional Operating Model and reports directly to the Area Sales Manager.
The TSS works closely with franchise partners, retailers, and internal teams to achieve assigned sales targets while enhancing JazzCash and Postpaid performance across the territory. The role requires daily market engagement, channel development, and continuous improvement of KPIs to ensure sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Develop strong understanding of company values, products, and regional sales dynamics.

Conduct daily market visits, retail audits, and stock checks.

Manage assigned franchise(s) and ensure effective reporting and follow-up.

Strengthen retail & distribution networks through proactive engagement with franchise staff and distribution officers (DOs).

Ensure achievement of key performance indicators including:

Recharge targets (Jazz Load & Scratch Cards)

Gross Adds (Prepaid & Postpaid)
-
JazzCash (Wallet Activation, Cash-In, Digital Remittance)
-
MBB Devices (Data & Wi-Fi)
-
Active Retail Base (EVC, BVS Devices & JazzCash Retailers)

Monitor market float levels, retailer balances, and service standards.

Identify and reduce non-performing retailers (target below 5%).

Plan and execute BTL (Below-The-Line) activities to boost sales.

Improve channel footprint and territory integrity.

Motivate and guide franchise owners and retailers on profitability and performance improvement.

Proactively suggest innovative ideas to enhance team performance and sales growth.
Eligibility Criteria
-
Proven experience in sales management and channel development.
-
Demonstrated ability to manage projects from planning through execution and review.

Strong ability to meet monthly KPIs including Wallet Activations, Prepaid/Postpaid Sales, Remittances, MNP & Cash-In targets.

Capable of working independently and under supervision.

Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.

Track record of achieving and exceeding assigned targets.
