📌 Position Overview
Jadeed Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator for its Head Office in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting sales operations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth order processing and reporting.
🔑 Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update comprehensive distributor records.

Reconcile and compare system-generated data with manual records.

Prepare primary and secondary sales performance reports.

Enter, track, and confirm customer orders accurately.
-
Coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Serve as the focal point for sales team inquiries and resolve operational issues.

Liaise with the Finance department to confirm payments and monitor distributor ledgers.

Review and process monthly sales team expenses.

Monitor daily attendance of the sales team and submit monthly reports to HR.

Verify and process monthly distributor claims for ledger adjustments.

Coordinate final settlements of distributors with Finance.

Assist in preparing and dispatching sales invoices.

Develop market rate analysis reports to support strategic decision-making.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when necessary.

Support the organization of sales meetings, events, and promotional activities.
🎓 Qualification & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or a similar role.

Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
