About the Role

The Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) is part of the Regional Operating Model, reporting to the Area Sales Manager. You will manage a franchise (or two in some cases) and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve regional sales targets while driving the growth of JazzCash, Postpaid Sales, and Franchise/Retail Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand Jazz’s business, values, products, and market dynamics.

  • Conduct daily market visits, spot checks, and retail audits on stock availability.

  • Manage assigned franchise(s), ensuring timely reporting and strong follow-up.

  • Develop retail and distribution networks by engaging franchise staff and delivery officers (DO).

  • Focus on operational KPIs including BVS Activation, EVC, Market Float, DO service levels, and recharge targets.

  • Drive sales growth of handsets, Wi-Fi devices, remittances, and postpaid numbers.

  • Plan and execute BTL activities with retailers to achieve targets.

  • Expand channel footprint, improve KPIs, and maintain territory integrity.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and franchise owners.

  • Continuously review and improve JazzCash and Voice KPIs within your territory.

  • Motivate and counsel stakeholders, explaining the profitability model and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering challenging projects end-to-end.

  • Ability to work independently or under supervision to enhance sales and distribution effectiveness.

  • Strong track record of achieving monthly KPIs in JazzCash Wallet Activation, Postpaid & Prepaid Sales, Remittances, Cash-in, MNP, etc.

  • Experience in sales management and channel development.

  • Skilled in strengthening and developing the distribution channel and increasing market penetration.
