Jadeed Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Production Manager – Feed Mill to support the effective planning, coordination, and supervision of feed mill operations at its Khanewal facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of poultry feed production, raw material management, and operational compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Line Manager in planning, organizing, and managing comprehensive feed mill operations.

• Ensure optimal production efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of feed ingredients, including nutritional values and quality parameters.

• Oversee raw material storage strategies to maintain quality and minimize losses.

• Manage silo and warehouse operations efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with feed mill certifications, ERP systems, and documentation processes.

• Maintain adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and operational SOPs.

• Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and operational management.

Qualifications & Experience

• BS (Hons.) Poultry Science / DVM / MSc (Hons.) Animal Nutrition.

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in poultry feed manufacturing.

• Strong analytical, operational, and team coordination skills.
