Position Overview

Join Nestlé as a Tactical Buyer and play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant procurement operations. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing transactions, collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and maintaining accurate procurement data in line with company policies and global standards.

A Day in the Life

As a Tactical Buyer, you will:

• Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

• Partner with local business teams to understand operational requirements and translate them into procurement actions.

• Provide insights, updates, and operational feedback to Business Partners and Heads of Procurement (HOP).

• Conduct spend analysis, retrieve and analyze procurement data, and map Procure-to-Pay (P2P) channels to identify improvement opportunities.

• Coordinate with local suppliers for onboarding, operational support, or supplier transition activities as guided by sourcing/category teams.

• Support sourcing strategies within budgeting and price planning cycles.

• Contribute to innovation, renovation, and cost-optimization initiatives in alignment with category strategies.

• Ensure compliance with the Nestlé Supplier Code and support audit-related actions at the site level.
