Stylo is looking for a Buying Lead – Apparel to drive product buying strategy and strengthen vendor partnerships. The role involves making seasonal product selection decisions—what to buy, where to buy, and at what cost—ensuring commercial viability. You will build strong vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, optimize margins, and curate assortments aligned with trends, fabric innovations, and market shifts. Acting as a key bridge between vendors and internal merchandising teams, you will ensure timely and profitable product execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, Fashion Design, or Supply Chain

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong exposure to national and international finished-goods sourcing markets

• Proven expertise in vendor negotiations and margin optimization

• 8–9 years in retail buying or merchandising, with at least 4–5 years in apparel buying (Eastern & Western wear)
