Job Purpose
Lead assigned territories by managing distributors and order bookers, driving sales, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities

Set monthly unit/value-wise targets for assigned territories.

Assign day-wise targets to order bookers to ensure complete coverage of outlets.

Generate and share sales reports to monitor KPIs and target achievements.

Supervise order bookers, ensuring they are well-equipped with product knowledge and resources.

Conduct market visits to assess coverage, productivity, and customer trends.

Implement trade marketing activities as per plans in all assigned outlets.

Plan sales efforts and PJPs based on territory insights and RTM understanding.

Build strong relationships with key distributors and align objectives for mutual benefit.

Manage budgets, forecast sales, and make strategic decisions to optimize revenue and minimize costs.
