Position Overview
The Commercial Innovations Manager will lead high-impact innovation initiatives, develop breakthrough product strategies, and drive market-disruptive solutions to support long-term business growth. This role is responsible for building and managing a world-class innovation pipeline, leveraging advanced market intelligence, and collaborating with global cross-functional teams to commercialize transformative portfolio solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Innovation Strategy & Pipeline Development

Develop and execute a long-term innovation roadmap aligned with corporate growth objectives.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-revenue product opportunities.

Lead cross-functional innovation councils to evaluate, prioritize, and fund strategic initiatives.

Implement structured innovation frameworks to streamline ideation, feasibility, and commercialization processes.
2. Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights

Conduct in-depth market analysis using advanced analytics and AI-driven tools to identify emerging trends and consumer needs.

Develop forward-looking strategies to anticipate and capitalize on market shifts.

Collaborate with research teams to ensure data-backed decision-making through predictive analytics and real-time insights.
3. Product Development & Commercialization

Partner with R&D, Marketing, Transformation, and Supply Chain teams to design disruptive, first-to-market products.

Oversee the full innovation lifecycle—from concept development to large-scale commercialization.

Drive sustainable innovation initiatives aligned with regulatory and consumer expectations.
4. Project Leadership & Governance

Lead cross-functional and multi-regional teams to deliver projects within defined timelines.

Monitor risks, track performance metrics, and ensure strategic alignment using agile methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Graduate)
