About the Role:

Pricing at Telenor Pakistan is a core function that drives commercial strategy and governance. The Assistant Manager – Pricing will leverage data-driven insights to influence major portfolio and investment decisions and engage key stakeholders, including the c-suite. This is a high-visibility role, offering a critical stepping-stone for future marketing leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Strategy: Lead strategy cycles, identify growth drivers (including CAPEX), and plan annual revenue ambitions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Technology, and Strategy teams for strategic alignment.

• Portfolio Management & Pricing: Optimize the portfolio using advanced segmentation; collaborate with product owners to align tactical plans with commercial strategy.

• Performance Monitoring: Track pricing initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.

• Data Analytics: Apply exploratory data analysis (EDA) and visualization to uncover insights and support decision-making.

• Forecasting: Develop models to predict commercial revenue and assess achievement versus growth targets.

Requirements:

Education: BBA / BS in Economics / Mathematics / Computer Science
Experience: 2–4 years in a similar role preferred
Skills:

• Strong analytical and business acumen

• Microsoft Excel proficiency

• Effective storytelling and impactful presentations

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Strong interpersonal skills
