Job Purpose:
Zong 4G is seeking a Manager Cloud Partnerships to drive sales and build strategic client relationships within Government and Corporate sectors. The role focuses on promoting Zong 4G’s comprehensive Cloud & Data Center solutions, achieving sales targets, and managing a high-performing ICT sales team.
The ideal candidate combines techno-commercial acumen with proven expertise in ICT solutions, cloud services, and enterprise networking, with a strong record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage new business prospects across industry verticals.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market analysis.

Promote Zong 4G’s Cloud & Data Center solutions to meet/exceed sales targets.

Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored ICT solutions.

Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives with existing clients.

Establish and manage strategic partnerships with vendors and industry players.
-
Lead sales negotiations and close high-value deals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT/Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
Experience:
-
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in ICT sales, cloud services, or system integration.
Skills & Competencies:
-
Strong techno-commercial acumen and understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Huawei, SAP, Salesforce, etc.)

Experience with B2B/B2G accounts, tenders, RFPs, and bid submissions.

Proven track record in upselling/cross-selling ICT solutions.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to manage strategic partnerships and vendor relationships.

Hands-on experience in cloud operations (pre-sales, in-sales, post-sales).

Knowledge of CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and digital marketing strategies for ICT.

Leadership, mentoring, and training capabilities.
