Job Purpose:

Drive and expand Zong 4G’s corporate presence among Chinese companies and nationals by delivering exceptional service, generating new business, and retaining existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Sell Fixed Broadband (Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLCs), Cloud Computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT solutions to B2B clients.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored solutions meeting client requirements.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop customized solutions for the corporate sector.

  • Grow revenue from existing clients by providing top-quality customer service.

New Business Development:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets as set by management.

  • Leverage existing clients to explore new growth avenues.

  • Build and nurture new business relationships.

  • Address client issues promptly to generate referrals and new activations.

Revenue & Customer Retention:

  • Ensure revenue targets are met and actively pursue growth opportunities.

  • Monitor corporate account activations/disconnections and reasons for churn.

  • Implement retention strategies to maintain client loyalty and resolve any service or billing issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferably BS Telecom or BS Computer Science).

Experience:

  • 3–4 years in B2B sales or corporate relationship management.

Skills – Generic:

  • Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.

  • Result-oriented execution with excellent communication skills.

  • Proficient in reporting and presentations.

Skills – Job Specific:

  • Dynamic and motivated in B2B Enterprise Solutions, Mobile Data & GSM business for Chinese accounts, including CPEC.

  • Excellent market knowledge and strong rapport with Chinese corporate clients.

  • Understanding of CPEC projects and portfolio management.

  • Expertise in relationship building across cross-functional teams.

  • Proficient in MS Office.

Special Requirement:

  • Proficiency in Chinese language.
