About the Role

As a Relationship Officer Asset at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL), you will be at the forefront of building meaningful relationships with our customers. You will understand clients’ financial needs, provide personalized guidance, and drive the growth of banking products and services while ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement sales/service plans and achieve growth objectives in collaboration with Branch/Relationship Managers.

• Identify prospects, evaluate customer profiles, and offer tailored financial solutions.

• Sell loans and other products ethically, ensuring genuine sales and profitability.

• Conduct market assessments and research to identify new business opportunities.

• Manage customer interactions, ensuring excellent service and zero complaints.

• Monitor loan collections, repayments, and compliance with SOPs.

• Safeguard legal and financial documents, preventing misuse.

• Plan and execute weekly field activities and customer meetings.

• Report fraud or potential losses to the line manager/HOD.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) from a reputable institution.

• Experience: 0-1 years in a related field preferred.

• Skills: Persuasion, negotiation, customer relationship management, market research, and strong ethical standards.
