Position Overview
UBank Microfinance Bank Ltd. is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Customer Service Officer for its Okara branch. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering high-quality front-desk banking services while ensuring operational accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities

Manage front desk and counter operations efficiently

Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, remittances, etc.)

Provide timely guidance on banking products and services

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence

Maintain proper documentation and compliance records

Adhere to SBP regulations and internal SOPs
Eligibility Criteria
-
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution

Basic knowledge of banking operations preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a target-driven and compliance-focused environment
