Position Overview

UBank Microfinance Bank Ltd. is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Customer Service Officer for its Okara branch. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering high-quality front-desk banking services while ensuring operational accuracy and compliance with internal policies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk and counter operations efficiently

  • Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, remittances, etc.)

  • Provide timely guidance on banking products and services

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence

  • Maintain proper documentation and compliance records

  • Adhere to SBP regulations and internal SOPs


Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution

  • Basic knowledge of banking operations preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a target-driven and compliance-focused environment
