As a Production Planner, you will develop short-term, capacity-constrained production plans aligned with available resources and materials. You will ensure timely material availability while maintaining cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop feasible production plans within the defined planning horizon (DPS), considering capacity, labor, and material availability.

• Identify operational constraints such as plant shutdowns and promotional activities impacting production schedules.

• Create optimized replenishment plans for raw and packaging materials.

• Coordinate directly with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.

• Define and manage stock policies for assigned SKUs.

• Monitor supply-demand challenges for raw and packaging materials.

• Collaborate with suppliers on continuous supply chain improvement initiatives.

What Will Make You Successful?

• MBA / BE with 2–3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Distribution Operations, or Warehousing.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP (MH Modules).

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver successful projects.

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
