About the Role

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Officer – Asset to join its Business Banking team.

This role is responsible for driving asset sales growth, building strong customer relationships, ensuring ethical lending practices, and maintaining full compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the bank’s loan portfolio while safeguarding asset quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales and service plans in coordination with BM/RM to achieve assigned targets.

• Identify, approach, and develop new customer relationships in assigned areas.

• Ensure achievement of asset sales targets through ethical and genuine sales practices.

• Conduct customer profiling using the Five C’s of Credit framework.

• Perform market assessments to identify new business opportunities.

• Conduct physical verification of prospective clients and ensure proper documentation.

• Clearly communicate product terms & conditions to customers.

• Ensure proactive loan recovery and 100% collections as per SOPs.

• Avoid cash handling (strict compliance with bank collection policies if field recovery is required).

• Protect and securely handle all customer legal documents.

• Maintain weekly field activity plans and conduct regular customer meetings.

• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and State Bank of Pakistan regulations.

• Report any suspected fraud or potential loss to management immediately.

• Maintain high service standards and ensure zero customer complaints.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferred).

• 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh candidates are encouraged to apply).

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Sound understanding of credit evaluation and ethical sales practices.

• Ability to work in the field and achieve assigned targets.
