Role Overview
As Assistant Manager Brands, you will help shape and execute Telenor’s brand strategy, develop integrated campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. You’ll work closely with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders to drive impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with our 40+ million customers.
Key Responsibilities

Support development and execution of brand strategy and creative yearly plans.

Collaborate with creative agencies to deliver integrated campaigns that meet business objectives.

Ensure brand stewardship: consistent tone, personification, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Monitor BHT indicators to identify opportunities for growth.

Serve as the brand POC for internal departments, ensuring timely delivery of marketing collateral.

Track competitor activity and market trends to inform brand initiatives.

Assist in achieving business, marketing, communication, and media objectives.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Marketing preferred.

Experience: Brand management, communication development, project & stakeholder management preferred.

Strong understanding of brand strategy, media (especially digital), and marketing communication.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Self-driven, adaptive, and able to multitask under deadlines.
