Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain stock levels within budget and ensure maximum availability.

  • Monitor store orders, both automated and manual.

  • Liaise with suppliers and offer management for timely stock delivery.

  • Support Line Manager in controlling purchase orders and managing GNFR supplies.

  • Ensure accurate reporting and timely distribution of reports to concerned units.

  • Expedite procurement and process payment requests for non-trade items.

  • Manage petty cash and document sales & expense records.

  • Assist in audits related to sales, bank remittances, store assets, and cash funds.

  • Monitor store shrinkage and prepare waste vendor reports.

  • Oversee non-moving, old, and negative stock, ensuring accurate verification.

  • Promote a productive, supportive, and learning-focused team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate with 6+ years of relevant experience.
