Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is seeking a Relationship Manager – Digital Sales to drive sales strategy, acquire new clients, and achieve portfolio growth targets. You’ll focus on CASA growth, liability mobilization, and delivering outstanding customer service while expanding relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales strategy and customer acquisition to meet/exceed targets.

Manage assigned portfolio and ensure CASA growth.

Identify target customers in the region and develop new business.

Acquire new accounts and maximize revenue via liability products.

Maintain strong client relationships and provide need-based financial solutions.

Benchmark competition and track market developments.

Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or Economics (MBA preferred).

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail/consumer banking sales.

Strong business planning, retail banking, and customer-focused skills.
-
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-
Team player with ability to work under pressure and achieve results.

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of banking products and compliance is a plus.
