Department: Commercial | Function: Sales | 

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales budget and maintain forecast accuracy above 80%

• Generate demand via FM, FD, demos & ensure inventory liquidation

• Lead, train, and coach Field Officers; manage channels & new BSA onboarding

• Drive campaigns, NPI demonstrations, and geographical/channel expansion

• Stakeholder management with growers, Arhties, sub-dealers, and institutions

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's in Agriculture (Plant Breeding/Horticulture preferred)

• 3-4 years relevant experience (MBA Agri preferred)

• Strong customer focus, execution skills, and results-driven mindset
