Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Brand Engagement & Content Lead – Lifebuoy to drive brand growth, innovation, and consumer engagement in the Hair Care business. If you are passionate about brand building and digital-first marketing strategies, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end demand generation and market development plans

Drive brand penetration, market share, and business growth

Lead cross-functional teams to successfully launch innovations
-
Deploy digital-first media strategies for super premium portfolios

Understand consumers and market trends
-
Manage campaigns and communications with stakeholders (CSP, BD, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Media Agency, Medical Marketing)
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree (required)
-
2–3 years of core marketing experience (category experience is a plus)

Experience managing agencies and social-first campaigns

Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, creativity, empathy, and consumer obsession

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
