Department: Managing Director Office
Position Purpose:
Plan, manage, and coordinate all official matters for the Director Admin, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Executive Coordinator with daily tasks.

Prepare and circulate minutes of meetings; follow up with stakeholders on action items.

Maintain and update the Director Admin’s meeting schedule.

Prepare various reports in Excel as needed.

Manage office files, distribute incoming mails, and dispatch outgoing communications to plants and head office.

Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements with the Admin Department for official assignments.

Provide support and resolve day-to-day office-related issues.
Experience & Qualifications:
-
Graduate with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Strong interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
-
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
-
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
