Position Overview

Buch International Hospital is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Analyst to support system analysis, requirement gathering, and quality assurance activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving system workflows, enhancing user experience, and ensuring efficient implementation of healthcare IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements to design effective technical solutions

• Develop system workflows, process diagrams, and flowcharts

• Prepare Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) documentation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements

• Support UI/UX design and wireframing activities

• Conduct quality assurance testing and coordinate bug tracking processes

• Ensure system functionality aligns with organizational and user needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Candidates holding a Master’s degree will be preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in:

  • UI/UX design

  • System flowchart development

  • SRS preparation

  • Quality assurance processes

Required Skills

• Proficiency in UI/UX & Wireframing Tools

• Experience with Process Modeling Tools

• Knowledge of Requirement Management Tools

• Familiarity with QA & Bug Tracking Tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent documentation and communication abilities
