Position Overview
Buch International Hospital is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Analyst to support system analysis, requirement gathering, and quality assurance activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving system workflows, enhancing user experience, and ensuring efficient implementation of healthcare IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and system requirements to design effective technical solutions

Develop system workflows, process diagrams, and flowcharts

Prepare Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) documentation

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
-
Support UI/UX design and wireframing activities
-
Conduct quality assurance testing and coordinate bug tracking processes

Ensure system functionality aligns with organizational and user needs
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Candidates holding a Master’s degree will be preferred
Experience
-
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in:

UI/UX design
-
System flowchart development
-
SRS preparation
-
Quality assurance processes

Required Skills

Proficiency in UI/UX & Wireframing Tools

Experience with Process Modeling Tools

Knowledge of Requirement Management Tools

Familiarity with QA & Bug Tracking Tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
