Nestlé is seeking a dynamic and analytical Plant Controller to provide tactical financial support and enhanced visibility into plant operations. The role focuses on driving relevant financial analysis, ensuring compliance with Nestlé costing standards, and identifying cost optimization opportunities under the Focused Improvement Pillar.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Standard Cost Budget in alignment with the respective Business Unit Controller.

• Lead the Dynamic Forecasting process in coordination with Finance and Plant teams.

• Collaborate with Project Controller and key stakeholders for the successful completion of the PET Line project.

• Identify and validate improvement initiatives in line with OPEX / NCE guidelines.

• Ensure strict compliance with General Instructions (GIs), Technical Instructions (TIs), Manufacturing Instructions (MIs), and financial reporting standards.

• Conduct internal and external product benchmarking for performance evaluation.

• Facilitate and drive Business Review Meetings with Plant and Business teams.

• Ensure accurate actual reporting, including variance analysis, Non-Quality Cost tracking, and savings reporting.
