Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Industry Head A to drive corporate sales growth in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s footprint within the corporate sector by acquiring new business, strengthening existing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Management
-
Drive sales of Fixed Broadband solutions including Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLCs, Cloud Computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT solutions to B2B customers.

Collaborate closely with technical teams to design and deliver customized solutions aligned with client requirements.

Identify new business opportunities and develop competitive solutions for the corporate segment.

Onboard revenue-generating customers and expand the existing client portfolio.

Strengthen relationships with current corporate clients to increase upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
2. Business Development

Achieve monthly sales targets as defined by management.

Identify and explore new growth avenues within the assigned territory.

Establish and nurture strong business relationships.

Proactively resolve customer concerns to encourage referrals and new activations.
3. Revenue Management
-
Ensure revenue assurance in line with assigned targets.

Implement strategies to grow revenue from both existing and prospective clients.
4. Customer Retention & Churn Management
-
Monitor corporate activations and disconnections, analyzing root causes.

Develop and implement customer retention strategies to minimize churn.
-
Address service, billing, or operational issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Preferably BS Telecom or BS Computer Science)
Experience
-
Relevant experience in corporate/B2B sales, telecom, or enterprise solutions preferred.
