About the Role

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is seeking an experienced AVP – Islamic Bank Pool Management/FCM to support day-to-day operations of both Islamic and conventional banking branches. This role involves pool management, profit disbursement, FCM tasks, system support, and coordination with Head Office teams.

Key Responsibilities

Branch & Core Banking Support

• Resolve corrections, stuck entries, and tickets via Helpdesk Portal.

• Provide operational and system support to branches and Islamic Banking teams.

• Manage Head Office-level system queries.

Pool Management & Profit Disbursement

• Handle pool management configurations in T24 Core Banking.

• Coordinate profit disbursement with relevant Head Office departments.

• Execute hands-on FCM tasks and troubleshoot related issues.

Islamic Banking Operations

• Manage daily Islamic Banking operations and solution handling.

• Coordinate with branches to ensure seamless operations.

System & Technical Operations

• Perform SQL queries, data extraction, bulk file uploads, invoice processing, and CMR checklists.

• Coordinate with vendors for branch-level system support.

• Manage branch portfolio mergers, Pre-COB and post-COB processes.

• Oversee BCON creation, deployments, and build enquiries.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of T24 Core Banking System.

• Hands-on experience in Islamic Banking Pool Management & FCM processes.

• Expertise in ticket resolution, system troubleshooting, and branch support.

• Proficient in SQL for reporting and audit purposes.

• Understanding of COB processes and basic system administration.

• Strong coordination, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
