Position Overview

The Territory Sales Manager – Key Accounts will lead assigned territories by effectively managing distributors and order bookers to achieve sales targets while executing the company’s route-to-market strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Regional Key Account Managers (RKAMs) and Sales Support teams to execute route-to-market strategies.

  • Set daily and weekly sales targets for distributors and retailers within the assigned region.

  • Monitor and evaluate performance against agreed sales targets.

  • Develop and implement effective Payment Journey Plans (PJPs) based on territory analysis.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolve issues, and ensure timely collections.

  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely product deliveries.

  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock levels, product availability, and expiry management.

  • Strengthen business relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the Modern Trade region.

  • Identify growth opportunities in underserved markets using market intelligence insights.

  • Provide structured feedback to RKAMs, QIRD, and Marketing teams regarding product performance and market challenges.

  • Monitor regional budget spend and report variances.

  • Track competitor activities, industry trends, and evolving consumer preferences.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree)

  • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant sales experience (FMCG preferred)

  • Strong territory management and distributor handling experience will be an advantage.
