Job Purpose
The Commercial Innovations Manager will spearhead strategic innovation initiatives to drive long-term business growth. This role is responsible for building a high-impact innovation pipeline, identifying breakthrough product opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams to successfully launch transformative solutions in the market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Innovation Strategy & Pipeline Development

Develop and execute a long-term innovation roadmap aligned with corporate growth targets.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-revenue potential product initiatives.

Lead innovation councils to evaluate, prioritize, and fund strategic projects.

Implement structured innovation frameworks for idea generation, feasibility analysis, and commercialization.
2. Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights

Conduct comprehensive market research using advanced analytics to identify emerging consumer needs and industry trends.

Develop foresight-based strategies to anticipate competitive shifts.

Collaborate with research teams to ensure data-backed decision-making using predictive and real-time insights.
3. Product Development & Commercialization

Partner with R&D, Marketing, Transformation, and Supply Chain teams to conceptualize and launch first-to-market products.

Manage the full innovation lifecycle from ideation through commercialization.

Drive sustainable product innovations aligned with regulatory and evolving consumer expectations.
4. Project Leadership & Execution

Lead large-scale cross-functional and multi-geography teams to deliver projects within defined timelines.

Apply agile methodologies and data-driven monitoring tools to ensure strategic alignment.

Establish governance frameworks to track KPIs, mitigate risks, and measure commercial success.
Skills & Competencies

Proven expertise in innovation leadership and new product development.

Strong creative thinking and disruptive problem-solving capabilities.

Deep understanding of consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and digital transformation in product innovation.

Experience managing high-value innovation portfolios and commercialization strategies.

Advanced proficiency in data analytics and AI-driven market intelligence tools.

Excellent executive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)
Experience: 8–10 years in innovation management, brand management, product development, commercial strategy, or related fields.
