Job Description

Stylo is seeking a skilled Assistant Manager IT – Retail Operations to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure across retail operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining LAN/WAN networks, VPN (MikroTik), firewalls, and overall IT infrastructure.

• Ensuring smooth functioning of POS systems, ERP, inventory management, and other retail applications.

• Administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.

• Managing servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, email systems, and cloud services.

• Implementing cybersecurity measures, system patching, backups, and disaster recovery planning.

• Supervising and guiding the IT operations team with effective follow-ups and issue resolution.

• Coordinating with ISPs, vendors, and external service providers.

• Maintaining IT documentation such as SLAs, SOPs, system reports, and asset records.

• Leading IT infrastructure setup and deployment for new store openings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in network infrastructure and IT operations management.

• CCNA / CCNP certification preferred.

• Excellent troubleshooting, reporting, and documentation skills.

• Proactive with strong technical supervision and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT operations and network infrastructure management.

• Experience in multi-location retail environments is highly desirable.
