Job Overview

Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) is seeking a skilled and creative Professional Videographer to document and showcase Foundational Learning activities being implemented in schools across Lahore.

The selected consultant will be responsible for producing high-quality video content, including classroom coverage, interviews, and engaging voiceovers aligned with project objectives. The final outputs will be used for reporting, documentation, and digital media dissemination.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned schools in Lahore to record classroom-based Foundational Learning activities

• Capture high-resolution footage, interviews, and supporting B-roll content

• Record clear, professional-quality voiceovers based on approved scripts

• Edit videos into both short and long formats for reporting and digital use

• Ensure proper lighting, framing, and sound quality during recordings

• Deliver final edited videos within agreed timelines

• Submit well-organized raw footage and final edited files

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in professional videography and video editing

• Strong portfolio (preferably documentary or education-sector projects)

• Expertise in handling professional cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent)

• Experience in recording and editing voiceovers

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

• Must have own professional equipment for recording, editing, and voiceover production

Deliverables

• 10–15 high-quality edited videos showcasing Foundational Learning activities

• Professionally recorded and edited voiceover tracks

• Organized submission of all raw footage and final versions
