Job Overview
Zong 4G is seeking a dynamic and analytical Assistant Manager Marketing to support marketing strategy, network planning, and commercial performance monitoring in the Central B Region.
The role focuses on subscriber KPI analysis, product performance tracking, network coverage expansion, and strategic reporting to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor subscriber KPIs, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvement strategies.

Identify new product opportunities and track product performance across the region.

Support the sales team through data-driven insights and performance reports.

Develop reports and automated alerts for monitoring newly launched products.

Plan and execute network coverage expansion initiatives.

Align regional coverage strategy with the organization’s overall business and segment strategies.

Conduct commercial analysis for Universal Service Fund (USF) bid preparations.

Analyze On-Air sites performance and deployment reporting.
-
Evaluate commercial KPIs at city, district, and site levels.

Coordinate with Regional CPBS and Technical HQ teams to ensure smooth network availability.

Conduct market visits to identify new potential areas and audit operational sites.

Identify high ROI locations based on post-launch performance of new physical sites.

Prepare weekly and monthly regional performance reports.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management from a reputable university.
Experience
-
4–5 years of experience in Geo-Marketing, planning, analytics, or related fields.
