Job Overview
Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer – Asset to support the growth of the bank’s lending portfolio. The role involves developing relationships with customers, identifying financial needs, and promoting asset products while ensuring compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory standards.
The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding the customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring responsible lending practices.
Key Responsibilities

Implement approved sales and service plans in coordination with the Branch Manager/Relationship Manager to achieve growth targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Promote and sell asset products in accordance with bank policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Achieve assigned sales targets in designated areas while maintaining ethical business practices.

Identify potential business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs.

Evaluate customer creditworthiness using the Five C’s of Credit methodology.

Clearly explain product features, terms, and conditions to customers.

Conduct field visits and physical verification of prospective clients when required.

Ensure timely loan repayments through proactive client engagement and follow-ups.

Prepare weekly field activity plans and review performance with the line manager.

Conduct regular customer meetings as per product program guidelines.

Perform loan booking in compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Maintain strict confidentiality and proper handling of customer documentation.

Ensure customers deposit loan repayments through official bank channels only.

Conduct market assessments to identify new business opportunities and improve existing markets.

Deliver high service standards and ensure compliance with customer protection policies.

Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity to the line manager immediately.

Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and internal control standards.
Eligibility Criteria
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (MBA preferred).

Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience in banking, sales, or financial services (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Basic understanding of credit evaluation and financial products will be an advantage.
